Absolutely — many of our participants come alone and leave having made deep, lasting friendships. Our facilitators create an exceptionally warm and welcoming environment.
What should I bring?
Comfortable clothing suitable for movement, a journal, an open heart, and a water bottle. A full welcome pack with all the details will be emailed to you upon booking.
Is lunch included?
Yes — a beautifully prepared nourishing lunch is included. We cater for all dietary requirements, so please let us know your needs during registration.
Do I need any prior experience?
No experience with wellness practices is required whatsoever. These workshops are thoughtfully designed to be welcoming and accessible for every woman, at every stage of her journey.
What is the cancellation policy?
Full refunds are available for cancellations made more than 24 hours before the workshop begins. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable, though bookings may be transferred to another attendee. Should Ishtara Wellness cancel or postpone the workshop, you may choose either a full refund or a transfer to a future workshop.
